  • The 13th Five-Year plan of Yunnan Province emphatically pointed out that industrial structure should researched hingh-ed indusrial structureto achieve industrial upgrading. High-end of high-tech industries is crucial to the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure in Yunnan Province. The study was carried out in Yunnan province in 2015, using 8 new high-tech industries and 15 indicators of high impact, and getting the following conclusions:(1)three main components are analyzed through principal component analysis:the core competitiveness, profitability and operational capability of the high-tech industry; (2)Based on the coefficient of variance contribution rate of principal components, a high-end model of high-tech industry is established, and the comprehensive score and ranking of the high-tech industries in Yunnan province are obtained. At last, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the development of high-tech industries in Yunnan Province.
