The Influencing Factors of Farmers' Land Property Income: Based on the Situation of Farmland Transfer

  • In order to capture the key factor affecting farmers' land property income under the situation of farmland transfer, and promote the increase of farmers' income. In this paper, PCA multivariate linear regression method is used to analyze 211 survey data of four counties in Gansu zhangye, to judge and identify the influence degree of each factor. The results show that under the situation of farmland transfer, economic development is the key factor affecting farmers' land property income; farmland trading places, financial services, sharing degree of farmland transfer information, price evaluation, infrastructure, non-farm income, contracted land area are the important factors affecting farmers' land property income; age, the proportion of family workers, farming income, working years, education level, status, geographical conditions, the land quality are the general factors affecting farmers' land property income. Based on this, it is suggested that efforts should be made to develop regional economy, guide farmers to invest in idle land, cultivate and improve rural land trading market, strengthen the training of farmers' non-agricultural employment ability.
