The Research on the Developing Strategies of High-tech Industry in Yunnan During the“The Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”

Scientific and technological progress as well as the emergence of new technology promotes the growth of regional economy. Only to enhance exploitation of products with high technical content and high value-added and to realize industrialization can create huge economic benefits. Under the new economic form of the Chinese 13th Five-Year Plan, this article studies intensifying high-tech research and development, transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, it puts forwards strategies for the development of high-tech industry in Yunnan Province, dedicates to change the status quo such as severe brain drain, unbalanced regional development and unreasonable development of big data industry, and it clarifies work direction for high-tech industrialization during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, and plays a positive role in speeding up the development of Yunnan high-tech industry.
