Abstract
Based on the theoretical analysis of the data of 2020 China Health and Retirement Longitudial Study (CHARLS), the paper used land transfer with the Logit model to test the impact of land ownership on land transfer and the adjustment effect of non-agricultural employment. The study showed that: (1) the registration and certification of agricultural land contract right had a significant positive impact on the impact had time lag; (2) the regulation effect test showed that non-agricultural employment had a significant regulating effect on the relationship between agricultural land right confirmation and land circulation, and non-agricultural employment enhanced the positive influence of agricultural land right confirmation on land circulation. Therefore, in order to activate land resources and promote rural revitalization, while further protecting farmers’ rights and interests of land and improving the existing land transfer policies, we should also promote farmers to achieve non-agricultural employment through multiple channels, so as to improve the land transfer area of farmers and realize the large-scale operation of agricultural land.
