Analysis of the Significant Factors Influencing the Safety Supply of Agricultural Products

Taking 283 farmers in the city of Zaozhuang, Shandong Province for example, this paper figures out the significant factors of the farmers' safety in supply and production with binary Logit model, which is based on the analysis of the general factors affecting the safety supply of agricultural products. The results show that: the farmers' gender, the cognition of banned pesticides as well as the use of pesticides are the significant factors that affect farmers' safety supply of agricultural products. Apart from these factors, the supply channels of agricultural products, the brand package, and information spread of governments also strongly affect the security of agricultural products.
