PurposeThrough quantitative analysis of the relationship among ecological space indicators, we explored ecological sensitivity distribution rules and characteristics in Luohe district, providing the scientific basis for studying regional territorial space ecological planning.
MethodsThe ecological sensitivity of Luohe district was studied and predicted by GIS static space analysis and FLUS dynamic simulation based on three levels of topography, ecological environment and urban construction, a total of 11 factors.
Results1) The percentage of insensitive, low-sensitive, medium-sensitive, high-sensitive, and extreme-sensitive areas in the study area from 2015 to 2020 were 41.47%, 27.06%, 14.94%, 8.90%, 7.63% and 43.61%, 25.76%, 14.55%, 8.47%, 7.61% respectively, and the city tended to develop gradually in the direction of low sensitivity during the five years. 2) The low-sensitive areas were concentrated and had more robust expansion characteristics, while the high-sensitive areas were scattered and had higher protection difficulties. 3) Each factor influencing ecological sensitivity according to the weight was shown as environmental factor>topographic factor>construction factor. 4) ANN-CA simulation showed that active protection of high-sensitive and extreme-sensitive areas would effectively inhibit the spread of low-sensitive and insensitive areas.
ConclusionBy analyzing the distribution rules, characteristics, and simulation of ecological sensitivity in the study area, planners can put forward scientific ecological protection strategies for urban and rural sustainable development planning.
