Abstract: Enhancing effectiveness of the organization activities is a vast subject for Party construction in universities, which is very important to strengthen the quality of Party members and students work of universities. At present, single form and rigid content become the main problems of organization activities in universities. The new media technology should be used to innovative mode of working. At the same time, according to the development aims of university, three look and three culture theme educational activities should be carried out. By these ways，the purity and advancement education of the Party members, and Party construction of universities can be improved effectively.
