滇西边境地区特有少数民族山区教育发展的思考——以临沧市双江自治县邦丙布朗族聚居乡为例

Thought on Education Development of Mountainous Regions Inhabited by Unique Minority Nationalities in Border Areas of Western Yunnan: Take the Bangbing Blang Nationality Township of Shuangjiang Autonomous County as an Example

  • 摘要: 滇西边境地区是集边疆、民族、山区及贫困为一体的特困地区。由于地理环境偏僻及社会发育程度较低,教育发展较为滞后,特别是10万人以下特有少数民族地区的教育更为严峻。通过对滇西边境地区临沧市双江拉祜族佤族布朗族傣族自治县邦丙布朗族聚居乡基础教育发展现状的实地调研,分析了当前布朗山乡教育存在的困境,提出了拓宽经费渠道,加大办学投入,改善办学条件;稳定教师队伍,提高师资力量;加大民族教育宣传,改善教育环境;实施双语教学,在日常教学中渗透职业技术教育的发展建议。

     

    Abstract: The border area of western Yunnan, with the characteristics that border, ethnic, mountainous and poor as a whole, is a very poorarea, the education development level in the area is very backward due to the remoteness of the environment and the lower degree of socialdevelopment, in the area mentioned above, the education development situation of regions inhabited by unique minority nationalities with thepopulation is under one hundred thousand is more severe. Through the onthespot investigation of basic education development situation ofBlang nationality township of Shuangjiang autonomous county in the border area of western Yunnan, this article carries out analysis on thedifficulties of basic education development of Blang nationality township and puts such suggestion as broadening the funding channels inorder to enlarge education input and improve the conditions for running schools, stabilizing teacher troop in order to strengthen teacherforces, enlarging the propaganda of ethnic minority education in order to improve the education environment, carrying out bilingual teachingand penetrating concept of occupation technology education in daily teaching activities.
