甘肃省典型贫困县农业科技贡献率的测算与分析

Calculating and Analysis of the Contribution Ratio of Agricultural Scientific and Technical Progress in Typical Poor Countries of Gansu

  • 摘要: 运用C-D生产函数模型和Eviews软件对20012010年甘肃省及两个贫困县与两个非贫困县的农业科技进步贡献率进行测算。结果表明:20012010年期间,甘肃省农业科技贡献率为5432,典型贫困县安定区和礼县分别为5143和4267,非贫困县临泽县和宁县分别为5521和5428。贫困县与非贫困县之间差异的主要原因是:农业科技推广的自然条件和生产条件、县域经济发展水平、农业机械化水平和农业剩余劳动力转移程度之间的差距。针对这些问题,文章提出加大贫困地区农业投资的力度与强度、发展贫困地区农业特色经济、重视科技培训和示范等对策建议。

     

    Abstract: Basing on the CD function model and software Eviews, this paper measures and calculates the contribution ratio of agriculturalscientific and technical progress of two poor counties and two non-poor counties in Gansu Province from 20012010.The result indicates thatthe contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress is 54.32 percent in Gansu province from 20012010. Typical poor counties in Anding District and Li country are 51.43 and 42.67, and the non-poor counties of Linze County and Ning County are 55.21 and 54.28. The main reasons for the differences between the poor countries and the non counties are the gap among the natural and productionconditions of agricultural scientific and technologic extension, the level of county economic development, agricultural mechanization leveland the transfer degree of agricultural surplus labor. Aiming at these problems, this paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to increase the intensity and strength of the investment in agricultural science and technology, develop the agricultural characteristics ofeconomic in poor areas, emphasis on science and technology training and demonstration.
