Abstract: To fully grasp the construction and current situation of frontier minority area farm book house, the author visited nine farm book houses in Qianchang Town of Yaoan County of Chuxiong Yi autonomous prefecture, and made questionnaire surveys and analysis of some problems, which were about the construction, management and use of farm book houses, and then discussed these problems. After that, the author pointed out the outstanding problems and countermeasures and took measures to solve these problems.
