Abstract:
Among the construction of rural teaching staff, a particularly serious one is the shortage of rural primary and middle school teachers. This exerts an effect on thebalanced development of urban and rural education. Most normal university students unwillingness to work in rural areas is largely due to their lack of consciousness ofworking in the grassroots units, hence it is extremely urgent to strengthen students rural consciousness. This thesis makes an analysis of the situation and draws a conclusionthat lacking motivation is the fundamental reason. Therefore, to motivate the normal university students becomes a top priority. Through the joint efforts made by localgovernments, colleges, rural schools and the students themselves, four in one total sterile grassroots awareness training mode can effectively improve the dynamic ofconsciousness of working in the grassroots units to the normal university students.
