Abstract:
In order to understand the actual performance of university student village officer in the countryside and their relationship with the village cadres, theinvestigation takes rural cadres and university student village officer of Gansu province as an example. The result shows that as the national hiring talent, the overwhelmingmajority of student village officer can be qualified and cooperate with village cadres to complete their work, and can be well received, after they enter countryside. Butvillage cadres think that college students village official contribute little in economic work, while contribute more in culture and democracy work. Most of college students village official think that they are ignored by village cadres and excluded from decisionmaking level. At last, this paper offers some corresponding countermeasures.
