Abstract: Along with the further development of our country economy, hollow village which was the result of long-term sharpening contradiction and problems accumulation of urban and rural dual structure， has appeared. This paper starts from the meaning of hollow village , introduces the phenomenon and its harmfulness; and then starts from the general requirement of construction of new socialist countryside, elaborates current governance necessity; at last, accords to the local economic development level and geographical position, puts forward several reference model to solve the problem.
