A Study on CollegeEnglish Vocabulary Teaching:A Psycho-linguistic Approach

  • 摘要: 词汇教学是大学英语教学中的基础部分。本文以提高大学英语词汇教学的成效为目的,从心理语言学的研究角度出发,首先探讨了心理词汇的基本概念、构成、存贮及影响词汇提取的因素,其次进一步指出,心理语言学的相关研究对开展有效的英语词汇教学有一定的启示。

     

    Abstract: Vocabulary teaching is a fundamental part in college English teaching. This paper, taking psycholinguistic theories as its starting point and seeking to improve the efficiency of collegeEnglish vocabulary teaching, discusses the concept, structure, storage of internal lexicon and factors which influence the retrieving of words stored in human brain; therefore, in terms of exploring a more effective vocabulary teaching approach for college English teachers, this article bears some significance.
