民族院校外语教育教学和谐构建探析

Exploration of Harmonious Construction in Foreign Languages Teaching in Ethnic Universities

  • 摘要: 和谐教育是和谐社会建设的基础条件,也是实现和谐社会的重要途径。民族院校外语教育教学存在很强的特殊性,且在较长一段时期存在,如何在这一阵地实现和谐构建具有重要意义。本文认为,分层次教学组织、和谐师生人际关系、少数民族教师发展、少数民族语言与外国语、汉语多元文化建设等4个方面在民族院校外语教育教学中的和谐构建中具有重要意义,应给予更多关注。

     

    Abstract: Harmonious education serves as both a basic condition and an important way in constructing harmonious society. Foreign languages teaching in ethnic universities has its own peculiarities which will last a long period of time and is of great significance in constructing harmonious education. This paper believes that thefollowing 4 aspects are of great significance in the harmonious education construction in foreign languages teaching in ethnic universities and should be strengthened: layeredteaching, interpersonal relationships, minority teachers and diverse cultures.
