Abstract:
With the acceleration of popularization of higher education, it is an inevitable requirement to construct refined mechanism for the college counselors routine work. It consists of four dimensions including: the establishment of working standards and process, the innovation of the refined management and assessment mode with the combination of both qualitative and quantitative analysis, the mobilization of the counselors enthusiasm and initiative, the improvement of working pertinence and effectiveness. They are all significant for and the promotion of counselors quality and the realization of talents training objectives.
