中外合作办学项目“11231”教育管理模式的探索与实践——以山东农业大学为例

Exploration and Practice on Pattern of “11231”Education Management in the Project of Running School Cooperation Between Foreign and China：Just Used Shandong Agricultural University as an Example

摘要: 对山东农业大学的中外合作项目教育管理模式进行了积极探索与实践，构建了具有自身特色的11231教育管理模式，研究了该模式取得的成效和经验，阐述了进一步完善该模式的对策建议，以期为培养具备开阔的国际视野、高水准的外语水平和扎实的专业技能的国际化复合型人才，推动中外合作办学事业的科学、协调和可持续发展提供理论依据。

Abstract: Just used Shandong agricultural university in cooperation between foreign and China as an example，this article studied on exploration and practiceof education management pattern，and constructed 11231pattern with its own characteristics，also elaborated the effect，the experience and the countermeasures andsuggestions to further improve of 11231pattern，in order to provide the theory basis of educating internationalization of talents with open international perspective，highlevels of foreign language proficiency and professional quality and promoting the scientific coordinated and sustainable development of running school cooperation between Foreign and China.
