Abstract: Hundred seeds method for determination of weight per 1000 seeds is one of the main contents, not only in seed quality inspection, but also in thecourses such as seed science, seed processing and storage and seed inspection. A lot of time will be occupied in the teaching process, especially in the experiment teaching to check each classmate determination result, because of the large number of data, complicated calculating process, and heavy workload. In this study, an excel work sheet for hundred seeds method for determination of weight per 1000 seeds was established, used in seed quality inspection, and the theoretical and experimentalteaching in the courses could calculate the detection results simply, rapidly and accurately.
