云南省大学生“村官”政策实施状况调查——基于204名大学生“村官”的调查

An Investigation on Status of Colleged-graduated “Village Official” in Yunnan Province：Based on 204 Village Officals

摘要: 通过对来自云南省16个州市的204名大学生村官的调查分析表明，云南省大学生村官工作取得了较好成效，村官队伍较为稳定。同时针对存在问题以及大学生村官提出的相关意见，建议大学生村官要努力提高自身素质，政府要为大学生村官提供良好的政策环境，学校、家庭和社会要为大学生村官营造良好的学习、生活和工作氛围，以实现大学生村官工作的可持续发展。

Abstract: Investigation from 204 collegegraduate village officials in 16 cities in Yunnan province shows that the officials works achieved goodresults, and have a stable team. Related to current problems and suggestion, it is recommended that collegegraduate village officials should strive to improve their own quality, while government should introduce a good policy environment. School, family and the community should create a good atmosphere for collegegraduate village officials ,in order to achieve sustainable development of the work.
