省属高等农业院校研究生思想状况调查分析与对策研究——以云南农业大学为例

Survey Analysis and Countermeasures Research on Postgraduate Ideological Status of Provincial Agricultural University:Take Yunnan Agricultural University as an Example

  • 摘要: 高素质人才是决定国家和民族前途命运的重要力量,是建设创新型国家的强大依托。根据研究生思想状况问卷调查结果,从教育质量评价、师生关系、社会价值取向、道德素质培养、就业期望与现状等方面分析研究生思想现状,有针对性提出重视思想政治教育工作、发挥理论教育主渠道作用、发挥导师的主导作用、树立核心价值观及引导自我教育等研究生思想政治教育工作对策,有效提高研究生德育工作水平和效果,为培养出高素质、高层次的优秀人才创造条件。

     

    Abstract: The high-quality talents are the important manpower who would be decided the future and destiny of the country and nation, the strong supporters who would be built an innovative country. Based on the graduate ideological status survey results, the present situation of postgraduate ideological is to be analyzed from the education quality evaluation, the relations between postgraduate and tutor, the social value orientation, the cultivation of moral quality, and the employment expectation and situation. The pointed countermeasures of the postgraduate ideological and political education are to be proposed which included paying attention on ideological and political education, playing the main channel role of the theory education, playing the tutor dominant role, establishing the core values, and guiding the self-education. The postgraduate moral education levels and effects are to be improved,the conditions for training high-quality and high-level talents are to be created.
