Abstract: Internet culture has instrumental value rationality to moral education, it has positive effect to the peoples free, comprehensive development that the ultimate aim of moral education. And internet culture has instrumental value rationality to moral education, it reflects as a bridge of communication between educators and student, and provides a virtual field of educational practice. At the same times, internet culture in the cultural characteristics of the perceptual characteristics，minority culture, and complex thought offset the moral education effect.
