Abstract: The article researches on renewable material energy：cassava industry in Yunnan，and analyzes the feasibility of cassava industry by combiningthe factors of natural environment, location, society, from the perspective of cassava biological characters, biological uses and economic efficiency. After that, the article finds out the existing problems in cassava industry and affords some relevant suggestions.
