Abstract: Since the Sixteenth CPC National Congress is holding, the governing ability building of primary-level organizations of CPC in rural area have beenpresenting three characteristics, that is main body constructions are consolidated, duties and tasks are intensified continuously, and scientific level is promoting. Primary-level organizations of CPC in rural area have been made a series of staged achievements in politics, economics, society, culture and ecological construction, they play the role of political core and fighting forts for constructing the harmonious society and promoting new rural construction. At the same time, based on the summary and analysisof research status, characteristics, and achievements, this paper offers some suggestions for the next works.
