Abstract: Experimental measures for the new rural cooperative medical care make great achievements in China, which also expose some problems at the same time. Through the study of the new rural cooperative medical care in Jurong, the paper suggests that the government should pay attention to guarantee the rights of farmers in the legislation process of the new rural cooperative medical care, and form a unified legal system. At last the paper also undertakes active exploration in the perfection of the new rural cooperative medical legislation content. The paper attempts to solve financing problems and find the legal countermeasures, which can draw lessons from a meaning for running the new rural cooperative medical service.
