Abstract: Based on the fact of learning party organization construction in universities, this article discusses the significance of innovating party members learning vehiclesand building network learning platform under the network environment．By introducing the hierarchical, sub-categories, three-dimensional network learning platform of YunnanAgricultural University which realized network education and training with full coverage for school cadres, party members, party backbones and party activists, it discusses theways and practices of platform construction, analyzes the existing problems in the platform construction, and initially puts forward counter measures. It is hoped that thewriting could provide a useful reference to expand learning carrier, creating learning methods and deepening the learning party construction in universities learning partyorganization construction．
