论学风建设的整体设置

The Integral Setting of Construction of Study Style

  • 摘要: 高校学风建设系统中管理者、教师、学生、班主任和辅导员等要素密切联系,相互配合、不可分割,任何一方的改变都会影响到其他成员。各部分的综合性越强,学风建设的效果就越好。学风建设系统的发展演化受到外部因素和内部因素的影响。打破旧稳定的学风结构需要首先从内部因素着手,高校管理者是关键。学风建设是一个从量变到质变的过程,体现着时间、逻辑以及构成要素相互协调三种整体性。

     

    Abstract: Managers, teachers, students, headteachers and counselors are closely tied up in the construction of study style in university. The stronger of the comprehensivenessin each part, the better the effect of construction of study style. The development and evolution of construction of study style are affected by external factors and internal factors. Breaking the old stable style structure must start from the internal factors, and managers of universities are the key. The construction of study style is a processincluding quantitative change and qualitative change, reflects three integrities : time, logic and coordination of elements.
