摘要: 高校辅导员培训是加强高校学生工作队伍建设的重要内容。本文以行动学习理论为基础,结合笔者所在学校开展的一系列实践工作,提出了高校学生工作部门牵头,专家顾问支持的围绕需求、团队共进、项目聚焦、知行统一、反思催化的高校辅导员培训新思路,并对实施效果进行了评价,以期对建立高校辅导员培训长效机制和提高辅导员培训效果提供工作参考。Abstract: College counselor training is a major part of strengthening the construction of College students work team. Based on action learning theory, this article putsforward new ideas about college counselor training, and then evaluates the implementation effects, in order to offer reference value for establish longterm mechanism andimprove the counselor training effects.
