Abstract:
With the upgrading of the tourism industry and the rise of cultural tourism, food culture and tourism resources has better prospects for development. Based on thebasic characteristics of the regional food culture tourism resources in the north of Zhejiang, the article investigates diet from tone, flavor characteristics, art achievements,product characteristics, carding and finishing diet culture tourism resources,and combines with modern tourismtrends, builds stage model of cultural tourism resources ofproducts-Humanitieseconomic in northern Zhejiang,and provides effective reference for development of culture tourism resources.
