Abstract:
Cooperation is a main tune of human society development, and people expect to cooperate for two-win and societies pursue to live in harmony.Alliance games require high information completion, and not only the information in complete information games, but also the information of actions andpolicies of game partners and if they follow the agreements to united actions and benefits distributions. Therefore, to compare alliance game analyses withnon-cooperation games analyses can reveal the importance of full information communication and mutual credibility. This paper explores basic conditions ofcooperative behaviors with alliance game analyses. Those basic conditions are summed as follows: Non-empty cores exist in games, and that is, the basis ofcooperation should be to carry two-win and any participant in cooperation can get more benefits than not cooperate. There is high information completion,and in other words, each participant can enjoy the openness and full communication of information. To always persist in to pursue longrun interests ratherthan shortrun temptations. It is necessary to penalize default behaviors. Solid mutual credits should be built on full communication and open information.The supervision from the third party is important for cooperation development.
