企业员工培训管理存在的问题与对策

  • 摘要: 随着知识时代的来临,企业之间的竞争越来越成为企业中人才的竞争。员工培训是企业员工综合素质得以提高的重要方式。作为企业投资的重要部分和企业人力资源管理的重要成分,员工培训对于提升企业形象和提高企业效益有着重要作用。当前,企业员工培训工作存在着观念陈旧、不重视培训、未建立完善的培训管理系统、员工对培训理解存在误差等问题。做好企业员工培训工作,企业高层应充分认识培训的真谛,加大培训投入,建立完善培训管理系统,帮助员工正确认识培训,发自内心参与培训;同时,还应将培训纳入企业战略规划。

     

    Abstract: With the coming of the knowledge age, the competition between the enterprises more and more become the competition of the talented people in theenterprises. Staff training is an important way to improve the comprehensive quality of the staff. As an important part of enterprise investment andenterprise human resources management, staff training plays an important role to promote the enterprise image and improve enterprise efficiency. At present,there are old ideas, not paying attention to training, not building training management system, not understanding staff training in the training process. Top business must realize the true meaning of training, increase the training investment, set up perfect training management system, help people to understandtraining correctly, participate in training heartily in good enterprise staff training. At the same time, we will also put training into the enterprise strategic planning.
