Abstract: Nowadays the situation of education of migrant workers children mainly performs on these aspects: the children are in large quantities withrapidly growth, the regional distribution differences and educational status differences are significant. Many children are excluded from the urban public compulsory education system, and such as high dropout rates, academic failure, psychological marginalization problems are prominent. Analysis showed that its necessary for solving the migrant workers children and promoting urban and rural fair compulsory education system to establish household registrationbinary system to meet the liquidity needs of the population, improve compulsory education management system, improve laws and regulations, optimize theallocation of educational resources and achieve balanced development of compulsory education difficult problems.
