Abstract: By analyzing the survey data of Yunnan AgriculturalUniversity students information literacy, we assessed students information literacy of Yunnan Agricultural University via the qualitative andquantitative methods. We found several problems here: the lack of information literacy education content and goal system as rule； related study was learnt without voluntary； students notion of information literacy structure wasnt clear；information morality education didnt hit the point. Thus, we came upwith some strategy to uplift students information literacy: building information literacy education and study environment；standardizing teaching methodsand content； encouraging and motivating studentsself-learning desire.
