The Investigation and Analysis of Several Key Problems in the Practice Process of Budget Ration Standard of Land Consolidation Project

摘要: 通过调查《土地开发整理预算定额标准》在13个省（市、区）的使用情况，与相关行业定额对比分析，从项目划分、费用标准、定额子目等方面系统分析了该标准存在的问题，提出修改建议，可为《土地开发整理预算定额标准》修编提供参考。

Abstract: In this paper, it was investigated forthe use of budget ration standard of land consolidation project in 13 provinces. And by contrasting to the quota related industries ration standard, theproblem of this standard was analyzed from the side of project division, cost standard and quota subdivision. Then adjustment suggestion was proposed whichcan provide a reference for the revision of budget ration standard of land consolidation project.
