Abstract: Agricultural research institute is important power of enhancing theagricultural innovation capability independently, promoting agricultural science and technology progress. In the agricultural cooperation and innovation ofproduction, school and research, agricultural research institute has unique advantages, it can play an important science and technology supporting role. Inview of many factors which are not conducive to agricultural research institute taking part in cooperation of production, school and research in the present,we should explore the incentive paths from the two aspects of policies and laws, to improve economic, technological and social benefits of agriculturalcooperation of production, school and research.
