法家管理思想对当前安徽茶叶企业管理的启示

  • 摘要: 实践证明西方管理理论不完全适合我国的企业,我国的企业要想谋求发展应该结合本民族的特点和文化,从我国传统文化中吸取有价值的管理思想理念。根据法家管理思想的理论,以安徽茶叶企业管理作为研究对象,从制度化管理、人力资源管理和管理者三个方面来查找安徽茶叶企业管理中存在的问题,并且提出合理的建议,为安徽茶叶企业的管理提供新的思路。安徽茶叶企业可以合理地运用法家管理思想,这样能够促进茶叶企业在管理上健康发展。

     

    Abstract: Practice proves that western management theory is notcompletely suitable for enterprises in China. In order to seek better development, our enterprises should be combined with national characteristics, as wellas cultural characteristics, absorbing valuable management ideas from Chinese traditional culture. According to the theory of Legalist School managementthought, this article takes Anhui tea enterprises management as research object, from the institutionalized management, human resources management andadministrators to find out problems existing in Anhui tea enterprises, and puts forward a reasonable proposal,so as to provide a new method to manage Anhuitea enterprises. Anhui tea enterprises can reasonably use Legalist school management thought,in order to promote themself to develope in a healthy way.
