Abstract: Practice proves that western management theory is notcompletely suitable for enterprises in China. In order to seek better development, our enterprises should be combined with national characteristics, as wellas cultural characteristics, absorbing valuable management ideas from Chinese traditional culture. According to the theory of Legalist School managementthought, this article takes Anhui tea enterprises management as research object, from the institutionalized management, human resources management andadministrators to find out problems existing in Anhui tea enterprises, and puts forward a reasonable proposal，so as to provide a new method to manage Anhuitea enterprises. Anhui tea enterprises can reasonably use Legalist school management thought，in order to promote themself to develope in a healthy way.
