Abstract:
This article according to the depth interviews to collect research data, analyzed the self-positioning of the new generation of migrant workers and their willingness to integrate into the city. The study found that different individuals have different self-positioning and different willingness to integrate into the city. It showed that not all of the new generation migrant workers had the strong desire for integrating into the city. The cultural barrier between rural and urban areas was a fundamental obstacle to the new generation of migrant workers to integrate into the city.
