武夷山微型茶企业发展现状分析

The Present Development Situation of Wuyishan Mini-type Tea Enterprises

  • 摘要: 武夷山是乌龙茶、红茶的发源地,是中国乌龙茶重要产区。近年来,随着武夷山茶叶市场的深度开发,茶叶经济发展势头良好。然而,作为武夷山茶业经济的主体微型茶企业其综合实力的提高仍面临着诸多因素的制约。因此针对武夷山微型茶企业经营环境和发展现状进行分析,提出了把握惠农政策和市场机遇,树立联合式、集团式经营模式和现代企业管理理念,依靠茶叶科技研发,走可持续发展的经营之路。

     

    Abstract: Wuyi Mountain is the birthplace of Chinese oolong tea, black tea, as well as Chinasimportant oolong teas region. In recent years, with the tea culture market deep development of Wuyi Mountain, Wuyi rock tea DaHongPao market saleachieved rapid development. However, many restraining factors still restrict the enterprise development of Wuyi Mountain tea. Directing at the operationalsituation and environment of the small and mini-type tea enterprises, this paper puts forward we should catch benefit farming policy and market opportunity,establish the modern management idea, rely on science and technology, and take the way of sustainable development.
