论元代酃酒产业衰落的原因

The Reasons of the Decline of Ling Wine Industry in Yuan Dynasty

  • 摘要: 酃酒是湖南省衡阳地区所产的一种地方特色酒,距今已有三千多年的历史。从西晋开始,酃酒就成为皇室贡酒存于太庙,供历代皇帝祭祖祭天所用。发展到唐宋,酃酒甚至成为朝廷的重要的经济支柱。但是到了元代,酃酒产业却突然衰落了。自然灾害,酒政,其它酒的品种的增加以及统治阶级的喜好等原因是造成酃酒衰落的原因。分析这些原因,对于发展商品经济仍然有借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: Ling wine, produced in more than 3000 yearsago, is a kind of speciality of Hengyang region of Hunan province. From the Western Jin dynasty, Ling wine was treasured as a royal tribute in the imperialancestral temple for the emperors to worship the ancestors and the heaven. Then in Tang and Song dynasty, ling wine industry became the pillar of thegovernment economy. But the Ling wine industry declined in Yuan dynasty. Natural calamities, wine policies of the government, the growth of other kinds ofwine and the preference of the ruling class are the main reasons of the decline of Ling wine industry. It is helpful for us to develop commodity economyafter analyzing these reasons.
