高校共青团实施创业教育的路径探析——以云南农业大学为例

Analysis on Path for Implementing Enterprise Education in the Communist Youth League of Institution of Higher Education:Taking Yunnan Agricultural University as an Example

  • 摘要: 随着大学生就业逐渐成为一个突出的社会问题,大学生创业就业教育日渐成为社会的热点话题,创业教育也被赋予了与学术教育、职业教育同等重要的价值。高校加强对学生进行创业教育,对学生的成长成才具有极其重要的意义。笔者认为,高校共青团对学生实施创业教育具有独特优势;共青团可以通过营造创新创业的校园文化氛围、开展课堂教学、拓展第二课堂、组织实施创业实践活动、搭建创业交流平台、加强创业教育师资队伍建设、进行专题研究等路径,对学生实施创业教育,充分发挥团组织的职能。

     

    Abstract: As the graduate employment has gradually become an outstanding social problem, education of undergraduate entrepreneurship and employment has increasingly become a hot social topic, and the enterprise education has also been entitled equally important value with academic and vocational education. Institutions of higher education strengthen enterprise education to all students, which is greatly significant to the students' growth and success. In the author's opinion, the communist youth league of institution of higher education has unique advantages to implement enterprise education. The communist youth league can implement enterprise education and fully play the functions of the youth league organization through the paths, such as creating and innovating campus cultural atmosphere of entrepreneurship, carrying out classroom teaching, expanding the second classroom, organizing and implementing entrepreneurship practice activities, establishing entrepreneurship communication platform, strengthening the construction of enterprise education teaching troops and carrying out specific research, etc.
