Abstract: Students ideological and politicalquality is a core one. Strengthen ideological and political quality is of importance in college education. Currently in learning ideological and political theory courses，students have a prevailing negative mentality as a bottleneck to interfere achievement of the moral function of the ideological and politicaleducation, which has seriously affected the teaching effectiveness. This paper focuses on analysis of current problems and causes in the theoretical studyand finally proposes some countermeasures such as improving the quality of teachers from the improved teaching methods, changing ideas, the creation of afavorable environment.
