Abstract: Society management innovation based on right security and social insurance building. The practice of new type rural social insurance for the aged also needs society management innovation. Through the positive analysis of Yu village of Bai people，we can see if we want to carry out the institution，we should strengthen supervision, improve encouragement mechanism, build communication system for villager and innovate form of service.
