生态位理论在企业人力源本管理中的应用

Application of Niche Theory in Human Resource and Capital Management of Enterprise

  • 摘要: 在企业进行人力源本管理中,应用生态位理论,把企业的所有人力作为一个种群,把每一个人力作为一个个体,用生态位的宽度和重叠来选聘人力;用生态位的重叠、分离、分化、泛化和特化来使用人力;用生态位重叠来优化人力、生态位泛化来筛选人力、生态位法则来调整人力,从而构建起能够持续地充满生机和活力的既竞争又协同的企业人力源本机制。

     

    Abstract: In the management of human source and capital of enterprise,applying niche theory,considering all of the enterprise as a human species,every human as an individual,with a niche width and overlap to human selection;with niche overlap,separation,differentiation,generalization and specialization to the use of manpower;using niche overlap to optimize the human, niche generalization toscreen human, niche law to adjust the human, and thus continuing to build up human resource and capital mechanism,full of vigor and vitality,full ofcompetition and coordination.
