  • 摘要: 新农村建设需要有高素质的人才保障,农民创业培训是从整体上提升农民素质的重要举措,对新农村建设和农民增收具有重要的现实意义和长远意义。通过对苍山县农民创业培训的实证分析可以发现,在取得成效的同时还存在着培训面狭窄,缺乏分层分类培训,培训资金来源渠道单一,没有良好的创业环境等问题。要做好新型农民创业培训应扩大培训的覆盖面,强化培训的领导和管理,重视文化素质养成,优化农村创业环境,吸引外部人才到农村投资和创业。

     

    Abstract: New country construction requires high-quality personnel to support, and the peasant entrepreneurship training is the important measure to enhance the overall quality, and it has important practical significance and long-term significance to new country construction and increase income. Being from the empirical analysis to the peasant entrepreneurship training of Cangshan county, we can find some problems in obtaining achievements at the same time, such as lacking training range or hierarchical classification training, lacking enough fund and suitable environment and so on. In order to improve the training, wed better enlarge the training range of the farmers and strengthen the leadership and management and improve their cultural content as well. Of course we should improve countrys surroundings to attract other parts to come there with their money and wisdom.
