Abstract: The highest priorities of ideological and political education of college students is building up an effective and long lasting mechanism. Under the new situation, we should make step forward to expand more effectiveways which aim at enhancing effectiveness, pertinence, affinity and infectivity of the ideological and political education of college students. According tosome working experience about ideological and political education of college students, the thesis analyzes how to break out the ideological and politicaleducation of college students based on intensive understanding of Heart to Heart Talk Project. And the thesis sums up some beneficial experience gainedfrom Heart to Heart Talk Project in the process of improving Ideological and political education of college students effectively.
