Abstract: In this paper, the method of ethnology survey fromgeopolitical angle discusses the influence in late Qing dynasty of yunnan made by the movement of taking back the rights of building rail way and exploitingmine. From the angle of politic, economic, technic, geography, talents and fund, this paper analyzes the reasons of Burma railway failed to finish, analyzesthe taking back the right of exploiting mine from the geopolitical angle, and expounds the relationship between the intelligentsia, industry and commercestratum and the sport, which has certain novelty and better academic value.
