Abstract: With the deepening management system reform and theexpanding scale of running school，strengthening teaching archives management of secondary college in Yunnan Agricultural University is important for thedevelopment of the college and its archives standardization management. This papers analyzes the existing problems from management consciousness，system，managers，conditions and management means，and puts forward the countermeasures pertinently.
