Abstract: The future industrial competition focuses on supply chain management, basedon this viewpoint, it is vital to explore the construction of supply chain management model of Yunnan Pu-er Tea industry. Based on the analysis of the existing supply chain management model, in this paper, the writer tries to find out its deficiencies and explore its optimization of Yunnan Pu-er industry,bringing forward the suggestion that put government as the core of supply chain environment which is appropriate for the development of Yunnan Pu-er Tea industry, realizing the effective circulation of logistics, increasing Yunnan Pu-erh Tea industrialization- competition in the domestic and international market.
