Abstract:
The translation of Upayakaus'alyahrdays'astra indicates Hetuvidyā was introduced into China, which has four parts, illustrating systematically some concepts such as rightness, wrongness, stand, break. It took a great influence on the writing of The Literary Mind and Carving of Dragons. This paper mainly discussed the major contents of Upayakaus'alyahrdays'astra and its influence on the writing of The Literary Mind and Carving of Dragons, which could establish the theoretical grounding for research of Hetuvidyā.
