Abstract: With the developing of market economy rapidly, our country is in thereforming time, people's value presents multiplication and different characteristic, the value conflicts inevitably, so it is the enormous challenge to getthe value consensus. Similarly, in the domain of modern ideological and political education, establishes value consensus ideological and political educationare difficult too, because they are in contradict. But whether it is possbile to realize ideological and political education of the value,what condition isneeded,which are worth unile of exploring.Through some basic researches, we obtain how to provide the new method effectively for the ideological andpolitical education under the horizon of value consensus, how to serve for the construction of socialism harmonious society well.
