Abstract: In the development of tourism in domestic, the phenomenon of Tourism kickback has been become one of the constraint factors about its development. Having taken many measures to improve touristenvironment, however we make little achievements. Under the premise of the negative effect of tourism kickback, this article points out the rationality of tourism kickback, analyzes three kinds of modes about managing tourism kickback and then puts forward three-layer model and some concrete methods andsuggestions. Finally, the article draws the conclusion: Rather than crack down tourism kickback thoroughly, the key point of managing tourism kickback is toadopt the proper ways and guide its healthy development.
